Sripad Builders & Promoters is a Chennai-based home builder serving Chennai, Chengalpattu, and Pondicherry. We do two things well: build custom homes on our clients' land, and build quality independent homes that families can move straight into. Every project is priced honestly, reported on weekly, and overseen personally. We take on a limited number of homes at a time, because quality is the whole point.

Founder & Managing Director
S. Balaji is a civil engineer with 35 years in construction, including a senior role at L&T. He has spent his career making sure large, complex buildings are built right.
At Sripad he prices every project himself, supervises the build, and reviews quality at every stage. The person responsible for your home is the person who has done this for three and a half decades.
